Before you book
These terms apply to every Epic Bounce booking. By completing a booking you agree to them for yourself and every guest in your party.
We monitor the weather closely and post alerts on social media and by email or text if a session is affected.
We stay open in light rain — the park is built for it. If conditions become too wet or unsafe, we close and email every guest booked into the impacted sessions.

Parking is free at every Epic Bounce location.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds are issued for any reason, including but not limited to change of plans, late arrival, no-shows, or a guest choosing not to participate.
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your tickets remain valid for the new dates. No refunds are issued for postponements or reschedulings. Guest availability on the new dates is not the responsibility of Epic Bounce USA.
If a session is cancelled completely for weather or safety reasons, you will receive a credit valid for 12 months from the original event date. Credits are non-refundable.
Tickets are fully transferable. You may give your tickets to another guest at any time at no cost.
Chargebacks: filing a chargeback or payment dispute in place of contacting us is a breach of these terms. Charges appear on your statement as “EPIC BOUNCE USA”. Please contact us first — we respond quickly.
Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the matter informally for a period of 60 days.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be settled by binding arbitration conducted in the State of Texas and governed by Texas law.
You and Epic Bounce USA waive the right to a trial by jury and waive the right to participate in a class, collective or representative action.
By completing this booking you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms on behalf of yourself and every guest in your party, including any minors for whom you are the parent or legal guardian.
Severability: if any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full force and effect.
Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
