One signature, then it's all bouncing
Every jumper needs a waiver on file. A parent or guardian signs for anyone under 18, and one adult can cover all of their own children in a single signature.
What you are agreeing to
Inflatable play involves physical activity and a risk of injury. By signing, you confirm that each participant is in suitable health to take part, and you accept responsibility for their participation.
You agree to follow all posted rules and all instructions from Epic Bounce staff, including stopping play immediately when asked. Staff may remove anyone whose behaviour puts others at risk.
You confirm that an adult with their own ticket will supervise any child in their party while that child is on the inflatables.
You agree that Epic Bounce is not responsible for personal property brought into the park, and that phones, keys, jewellery and glasses should be stored before jumping.
You give permission for general photography and video taken in the park to be used by Epic Bounce, unless you tell a staff member otherwise on the day.
